We will have our ever-popular hospitality room on Friday night with
libations and goodies. The Derby Party and buffet dinner with cash bar
will be held in the ballroom on Saturday night. This year’s event features silent and live auctions, as well as a Derby Hat competition. Sign up in advance for the Derby hat-making workshop on Saturday afternoon or bring your own creation from home!
The Saturday tour will leave from the Ramada at 9:00 a.m., traveling east through the Bluegrass to the hills of eastern Kentucky. The tour culminates with a drive through the beautiful Red River Gorge, then on to the Lodge at Natural Bridge State Park for lunch. Most of the roads this year are new to the Bash tour and get better and better as the tour progresses. The return to the Ramada from Natural Bridge takes about an hour so we should get back in plenty of time for the car show and Derby hat decorating. Please make sure to indicate on the enclosed registration sheet the number in your party who plan to attend this event.
